These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SignBridge AI website, waitlist, and private beta program, operated by Gunberly LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By submitting your email, joining the waitlist, or using SignBridge AI in any capacity, you agree to these Terms.
SignBridge AI is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and these Terms may change as the product develops toward general release.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or participating in the SignBridge AI waitlist or beta program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SignBridge AI is an AI-powered platform that converts real-time spoken conversation into sign language through a 3D AI avatar, intended to help deaf and sign-language users communicate more easily. The service is currently offered as a private beta and may include incomplete features, occasional inaccuracies, or downtime as we continue development.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist or use SignBridge AI. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Waitlist & Private Beta
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the private beta or any specific timeline for access
- We may invite, pause, or remove beta participants at our discretion as we manage capacity and stability
- Beta features are provided to help us test and improve the product, and may change or be discontinued without notice
- We may ask for feedback during the beta, which you agree we can use to improve SignBridge AI without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing
5. Acceptable Use
When using SignBridge AI, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting beta access
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or resell access to the service
6. Intellectual Property
SignBridge AI, the Gunberly LLC name and logo, and all related software, models, and content are owned by Gunberly LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service. You retain ownership of any content you input (such as speech), and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service.
7. Disclaimers
SignBridge AI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a beta-stage product, translations may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and the service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional interpretation in high-stakes situations, such as emergency medical or legal contexts, unless and until we explicitly state it is suitable for that purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gunberly LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SignBridge AI, including reliance on translations generated during the beta period.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as SignBridge AI evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify active waitlist and beta participants.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
